Sastojci:
- 3.5kg graha
- 1.5kg luka- 1 glavica češnjaka
- 1 glavica celera
- 1 stabljika celera
- 1 kg mrkve
- 1 sušeni buncek (oko kilu i pol)
- 2.5kg domaćih kobasica
- 0.5kg špeka
- ljuti feferoni po želji
- 3 žlice crvene paprike
- začini (sol, papar, ružmarin, mažuran, peršin i vlasac)
- zaprška po želji

- 1 konzerva pelata ili svježi paradajz

- svinjska mast

Grah dobro oprati i ostaviti preko noći da se namače. Sve ostale sastojke narezati. Na mast staviti luk i korjenasto povrće da se dinsta, posuti mljevenom crvenom paprikom i dobro promiješati. Dodati kobasice, suho meso, obavezo nost od bunceka i lagano pirjati, po potrebi podliti temeljcem ili vodom. Dodati ostale sastojke i kuhati na laganoj vatri dok se grah ne skuha. Ukoliko želite gusto možete dodati zapršku.
